1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BreachNews.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. BreachNews is owned and operated by Techsploit, LLC. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
2. Purpose of the Service
BreachNews is a breach intelligence and reporting platform designed to help individuals and organizations stay informed about data breaches and determine whether specific identifiers, such as email addresses or usernames, appear in known breaches.
The Service relies on an independently maintained breach index compiled from publicly disclosed breach data, leak announcements, and lawfully obtained datasets. BreachNews does not claim ownership of breached data and does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
3. Search Results and Sensitive Data Disclosure
Some search results may display personal or sensitive information originating from historical data breaches.
By revealing any search result, you acknowledge and agree that the information is provided solely for personal security awareness, defensive research, or authorized investigation purposes.
You agree not to use revealed information for harassment, doxxing, fraud, identity theft, surveillance, or any unlawful activity. Access to sensitive data may be logged for abuse prevention and compliance.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only search for information that you own or are authorized to monitor. You agree to use the Service for lawful, ethical, and defensive purposes only.
You agree not to scrape, automate, bulk-extract, share, resell, or attempt to circumvent access controls or result-gating mechanisms. Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
5. Data Removal Requests
Individuals may request removal of their personal information from BreachNews through the designated removal request form. Click here to view the form.
To prevent abuse, verification may be required to confirm ownership of the data being requested for removal. Removal applies only to BreachNews’s searchable index and does not remove data from external breach sources or third-party systems.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

7. Availability and Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BreachNews does not guarantee that every breach or exposure will be detected or that results will be complete, current, or accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsploit, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Florida courts.
